Hannah Beehre has researched drawing practices, exploring the mechanics of art making and inspiration, over the past 10 years. One area of particular interest is the peak performance neural state known as flow and its potential as a tool for drawing.

As part of Mark Work, Beehre will lead a series of special events on the phenomena of flow, presenting the necessary conditions and potential triggers of the state. Beehre will also present exercises and ideas for participants to explore based on her research.
