As part of the making space exhibtion at CoCA, Mandy Joass will run the interactive workshop for the public from July 18 to July 23.

Mandy's work encourages an atmosphere of inclusion and play by interacting with CoCA gallery visitors to create a multitude of colourful poi for a growing installation.

Using found recycled and donated materials, Mandy will assist people from all walks of life to make poi for themselves and for the installation. She will be showing the public how to use poi and the installation will grow and be heard through the gallery. The traditional white of the Poi will be replaced with a multitude of colours to emulate inclusion of all cultures and individualism.
