Following his brilliant show at CoCA last year and sell-out seasons at Melbourne Design Week and the London Festival of Architecture, Australian comedian and design aficionado, Tim Ross, and musician Kit Warhurst, invite you to join them for The Mid Century Project Christchurch.

For the past five years, they have been performing shows in iconic Modernist buildings around the globe, skillfully blending storytelling, music and design in a mould-breaking format. They are thrilled to perform this live show at CoCA in our own Christchurch-Modernist building. Following the show, special guest artist DJ and contemporary artist, Stephen Ormandy will join Tim and Kit, for an utterly exclusive after-party: the Brutalist Disco.

The live show compliments an exhibition in our Ground Floor Gallery curated by Tim himself, exploring the romanticism of Modernist architecture through a nostalgic eye.
